ITS WildBlue Value Added Services

Internet Technology Solutions, Inc. (ITS) offers professional installation services either directly, or through our associated Dealers.  All installations include the Enterprise 0.98 meter antenna which significantly improves system availability and performance. 

In addition, ITS provides invoicing either by site, or as a single invoice for all Customer sites.  Invoicing methods include electronic (email), standard mail or automatic credit card processing. 

ITS supports a toll-free help desk during normal work hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time Monday - Friday). Most service issues can be resolved over the phone.  In the event of  an equipment failure, ITS coordinates a truck roll service call to resolve any service issues.

  • Enterprise Solutions

    Internet Technology Solutions, Inc. (ITS) offers the five basic WildBlue (WB) Enterprise packages shown in the table below.  These services are not subject to WB satellite beam closures due to the usual hours of operation falling outside of peak residential usage.  Therefore, the WB Enterprise Solution is available in all US beams for both the WildBlue-1 and Anik F2 satellites.
