Internet Technology Solutions, Inc. (ITS) offers professional installation services either directly, or through our associated Dealers.  All installations include the Enterprise 0.98 meter antenna which significantly improves system availability and performance. 

In addition, ITS provides invoicing either by site, or as a single invoice for all Customer sites.  Invoicing methods include electronic (email), standard mail or automatic credit card processing. 

ITS supports a toll-free help desk during normal work hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time Monday - Friday). Most service issues can be resolved over the phone.  In the event of  an equipment failure, ITS coordinates a truck roll service call to resolve any service issues.
